LCIT’s operates adjacent terminals B5 and C3 at Laem Chabang Port, as a single terminal. LCIT offers a combined 900 metre of berth length capable of serving 2 mother vessels simultaneously or up to 5 feeder vessels. The result is total flexibility berth window integrity, and the increased ability to accept off-schedule vessels an important feature as other ports become congested as volumes increase.
Laem Chabang International Terminal Co., Ltd. was registered on 16th January 1996 under the Civil and Commercial Code of the Kingdom of Thailand. On the 11th of April 1996 the Company was granted a thirty year concession by the Port Authority of Thailand to "Construct, Operate and Manage" Container Terminal B5 at Laem Chabang Port.
LCIT has been awarded a 30 years concession to manage and operate the B5&C3 Terminal at Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand in April 2003 and commenced full operations in September 2004.
